Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates 
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to our courier partners.

3. Delivery Estimates 
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days. Please note: While we strive to meet these estimates, slight delays may occur due to high volume, courier schedules, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking 
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at hello@bobateecreations.com.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information 
Please double-check your address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply.

6. Customs & Duties 
All orders are fulfilled and shipped locally within Singapore. No customs duties or import taxes apply.
