REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. All Sales Final (No Refunds)
As a small operation, we do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase and are happy to offer a one-time size exchange if your item does not fit.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must request the exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are strictly for a different size of the same design.
3. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us.
New Item Shipping: We will cover the shipping cost to send the new size back to you.
4. How to Start an Exchange
Please email us at hello@bobateecreations.com with your order number to initiate the process. We will review your request and provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Please note: Do not send items back to the address on your shipping label without prior confirmation, as returns sent to the wrong location will not be processed.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days with photos. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs associated with correcting our mistake.
